REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR FRESHER
I. For a fresh candidate that has no account, click on “Create an account(Fresher Student)” link
II. Enter your UTME registration number to verify that you have paid and confirmed your acceptance fee. For those who have not confirmed their acceptance fees, click “confirm payment” link.
III. If verification in (ii) above is successful, you will be taken to account creation page to create your account.
IV. Fill the account creation form appropriately and submit. Your login credentials will be sent to your phone and email address immediately. You will then be directed to the login page to continue your registration.
NB: Use your personal phone number and email address,as these will be the channel of communicating to you throughout your stay in the University
V. Login with your username and password to start your registration.
VI. The Data forms are grouped into five (5) sections. Please fill carefully and appropriately.
VII. Important documents (scanned in JPEG image format) needed for upload to complete your registration are: Birth certificate, certificate of origin, court affidavit(Optional), attestation letter, JAMB admission letter (optional), passport and O’level result(s). Direct entry candidates in addition, are required to upload their ND/NCE/IJMB result.
NB: Candidates with no JAMB admission letter should report to the University admission office on resumption.
VIII. After completing the registration, please carefully go through the forms again before you click on “Finalise submission”
IX. Click on “Finalise submission” to complete and submit your registration. A preview or report page will be displayed.
X. Print the preview page and check the screening remark below the print out
XI. Students who passed the screening can proceed to the bank for school fees payment.
XII. etranzact receipt for school fee payment obtained from the bank will be used for school fees payment verification and course registration on the portal.

2024/2025 STUDENT REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
FOR FRESH AND RETURNING STUDENTS
Step 1 [How do i login?]
- Login with your JAMB Registration No.[Fresh Students Only] OR Matric Number[Returning Students] as Username and your Surname (in CAPITAL OR UPPERCASE) as Password
- You will be required to supply your valid Email Address and Phone Number and change your password before you can proceed
- In case you forgot your password, click on the forgot password link "Get it Here" and supply your JAMB Registration OR Matric Number, your Registered Email address and Phone Number and your new password and click on send to reset your password and send to your registered Phone Number and Email Address
Step 2 [Student Biodata]
- Please note that if you a returning student and you have completed this section before, please GOTO Step 3
- Click on Student Biodata
- It is compulsory that you fill all the sections accordingly. Under the Upload section, you will be required to upload the scanned copy of the following documents:
- Passport(not more than 1 month old), Birth Certificate, Certificate of Local Goverment of Origin, Court Affitdavit, Attestation Letter, Jamb Admission Letter, Olevel Result(s), NCE/ND/HND if Direct Entry
- click on "Finalize and Preview Biodata Registration" under the Finalize section
- After clicking on Finalize, your olevel results that you have supplied will be screened and if you passed, you will be instructed to generate invoice here and go to any of the bank listed on your invoice any pay your school fee on REMITA Platform only, otherwise contact the Live Chat below for assistance.
- Please Note: You will not be able to generate school invoice and make payment at the bank if you fail to complete these sections appropriately and pass the online screening
- Also Note that after payment of your school fees and confirmation, you must visit your level screening officer in person to validate your o'level results. Failure to do so will mean that you will NOT be matriculated.
- It is compulsory that you review and fill all the sections accordingly where necessary. Under the Upload section, you will be required to upload the scanned copy of the following documents if not available

- Please Note: You will not be able to generate school invoice and make payment at the bank if you fail to complete these sections appropriately.
- For Fresh Students
- For Returning Students: Please note that if you a returning student and you have completed this section before, please GOTO Step 3
Step 3 [Payment]
- Click on Payment
- Your payment due will be available as Debit under Student Ledger
- To make any payment, you have to select the payment, generate invoice from which your RRR Number and ORDER ID will be made available
- Present the RRR Number on the Invoice at any of the Banks listed on your invoice and make the payment on REMITA PLATFORM ONLY
- You have to confirm your payment under the Confirm Payment Section and Print your Official Receipt
Step 4 [Accommodation(OPTIONAL)]
- Click on Accommodation
- To be eligible for accommodation application, you must have paid and confirmed your SCHOOL FEE(Part/Full Payment)
- Read the Hall Regulations and tick/check "I agree ..."
- Select the hall of your choice and click on APPLY NOW and await SMS for offer of Accommodation if offered
- Please Note: For Students whose Phone Number is on DND, the SENDER ID for the offer of Accommodation will come as rUpdate and for those not on DND, it will come as FUTA ACMDATN
- Follow the rest of the instructions afterwards to complete your Accommodation process
Step 5 [Course Registration]
- Click on Course Registration
- To be eligible for course registration, you must have paid and confirmed your SCHOOL FEE(Part/Full Payment)
- You will only be allowed to register courses for the semester and session that you have paid for
- For Fresh Students, your courses will be displayed for you to select appropriately, submit , print and present to your your Level Registration Office for approval
- For Returning Students, your courses will be displayed for you submit , print and present to your your Level Registration Office for approval
- After approval, your must print another copies, present them for endorsement and submit at your department.
